Fantastic free breakfast. Fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, individually wrapped and sealed bagels/toast/rolls/etc.
Very nice oatmeal with many different topping options. The staff continually brought out fresh food, and did so even within just a few minutes of closing down the breakfast bar. We were able to have a fresh meal everyday from their very clean facility while my sister was recovering in the hospital across Colfax. The hotel was very accommodating and offers a gym and small indoor pool for all guests!

Kind staff and nice rooms, far from the worst breakfast bar, but nothing special however they do serve three meals a day, like patients at the hospital!

The king executive suite on the top/fourth floor had a couch/daybed/pull out cot next to a nice office desk set up that also acted as a room divider for the bedroom. Separate toilet and shower rooms (each with a sink) make for a hospital feel which probably sits comfortably with most guests who are likely staying in relation to the hospital across the street.

If you are visiting surgeon working across the street, this is the place for you. Therefore it accommodates most.. 🙂

I am a lifetime titanium elite member with Marriott and normally stay at full-service Marriotts or Ritz Carlton‘s. I stayed here for a quick doctors appointment and was abundantly surprised at the hotel and it’s services. The front desk was extremely helpful professional and kind. breakfast was adequate and fresh. it truly looked like housekeeping took the extra time to clean the room and disinfect everything to include the remote which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying close to UC health. literally took five minutes to walk to the hospital.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful; I especially appreciate the gentlemen who helped me: Tracy and Jesse. I was unable to renew my license due to medical reasons but they were extremely helpful, quick, and efficient at helping me get an ID card, as well as helping me with the documentation I will need from my doctor in order to renew my driver’s license. Thank you guys all so much for your assistance today.

Really terrible place. Drivers license was returned to this location (even though my address was correct) and when I showed up to pick it up “it’s not here yet”. Ok fine. I call two days later and it’s still not there. Now THREE days after that, and today after waiting on hold , the auto system simply decided to hang up on me.

I am a patient at the am university of Colorado Hospital and have been for a little over 19 years now. I’ve been happy with the care received from all of my doctor’s from the eye center to eternal medicine. The doctor at this hospital make sure everything is taken care of and if they can’t then will refer you to another colleague that can. I’m happy with the care team that I’ve got because they show me they really do care. Now anyone that ask me or is searching for a doctor I’ll refer them to this practice and have done so several times before. Giving 5 ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾.

Had the worst experience giving birth to my daughter there with the midwives. They shut off my calming flute. Injected me with so much pricing with out telling me. Didn’t let me latch and nurse without them pressing on my stomach which is procedural. But they could have given me 20 minutes. They were rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor. I still need to write a letter to they’re patient advocacy. Not like that will do anything. I already gave birth and lived a terrible experience with them. 1 star to comment it should be -10. I M most definitely very disappointed.

My gyno gave me the information for this clinic. After I finally got ahold of them, the recptionist told me they did not treat the condition that I may have, then transferred me to another department, chronic pelvic pain. The nurse from that department told me the uro-gyn chooses not to treat the particular problem I may have, that her department of chronic pelvic pain does not, either, and they transferred me erroneously. I’m very frustrated.

I had a twenty year old non- union fracture of a bone in my wrist. After surgery Dr Gordon informed me that it may need additional surgery tens years after this. Well, it’s been twenty years since the surgery and wrist is as good as it can be. Due to the years I worked with my broken wrist, arthritis had moved in years before the surgery, so I do not have the full movement as my good wrist. That’s the price for not having the bone fixed twenty years sooner. But, it’s great to not have the pain I dealt with over those twenty years.

The electrician was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. We heard back from him regarding any questions within hours. He went above-and-beyond to find a solution to make our vision come true and worked with us every step of the way. He did set up prompt city permits and inspection and everything went very smooth. Elijah was great – he came out for an estimate right at the beginning of the estimated time frame. He was then able to install the simpler of the two ceiling fans I wanted that day. Small error with dispatch scheduling the second installation – they hadn’t called me, so I called in and scheduled for 12-2 and Elijah called that he was 15 minutes out at 10, so a small miscommunication but Elijah held off until 10:45 so we could prep the second bedroom and attic access. Overall, VERY happy with the work, speed, and professionalism.

I called Black Bear because I have seen the trucks around town. They answered on the first call. I have tried to deal with other electricians and they appear to be too busy for me. Tom, who I believe may be the owner, set a time right away and came over 2 days later. I had already spent 6 hours trying to do the job. I guess everyone thinks that they can do something now it is all on YouTube. I couldn’t do anything and decided to finally call. Tom came over at the exact time of 9:30 am. I thought it was going to take several hours and Tom had all my fixtures and new lights installed within an hour. He was beyond fair and told me how much everything would cost upfront. Actually, way less than it would have been I never leave reviews, however, this experience should not go unnoticed. I would give them more stars if I could. Made me feel way better about any home improvement experience. Go with Black Bear for any electrical needs you have. John

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest. Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it! Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Tom & Larina Grigg

This was the most fun we have had in a long time. Trampoline park, foam pit, lots to climb, a HUGE play area with tall fun slides. Decent food court. Food is not that good and expensive but keeps you full enough to play some more. And there is Starbucks which makes it worth it. 😀staff is super friendly and fun. We will be back and are even contemplating a birthday party there.

We had a really good time there. The place was clean. There were parked workers nearby who were picking up trash and came back twice to do so. The park was well kept in the parking lot was very nice there is plenty of parking and it’s easily accessible. The sidewalks are also well kept and it was easy to get my wheelchair from the parking lot to the playground. Overall I was impressed

It’s a pretty nice park. There is a decent amount of grassy area for my dog to play. The play jungle looks pretty awesome-almost makes me wish I was a kid again. It was not crowded at all, even though it was in the afternoon that I visited. The biggest con us the cool water fountain (bubbler for you cheese heads)inside a lion’s head didn’t work.

This is a very nice park to enjoy some open areas for volleyball, frisbee, and other things that need some room. The environment is well kept up, and it is friendly, highly diverse, family-oriented park. It’s great for little kids to run around and play until they’re tired.

This pool is good for kids of all ages. There’s a zero entry beach area and splashground for young kids. Older kids can do the larger slides or diving boards. They have a high dive. Lots of chairs and covered areas but no natural shade. We were lucky enough to be there for a private party but I imagine it can get packed. We’ll definitely be going back.

Online it said it was open from 12:00 to 6:00 so I thought we would have a good amount of time for the children to swim and enjoy themselves but I didn’t know there were two separate sessions. We ended up having to hang out at the park for a couple hours because of the different sessions. Overall it was a good time

You’ve got to try this place! What a surprising and amazing treat, to have discovered The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill! Right from the get-go, Aaron the manager was right there with us and really made it a special evening for the 3 of us including our 91-year-old patriarch who completely enjoyed the whole experience. Aaron’s recommendations were spot-on with the fabulous Tenderloin Steak and Australian Lamb Souvlaki combo. Aaron explained how everything is made fresh right there with great attention to detail and not brought in prepared in advance, and wow, the marinade in the lamb skewer was especially mouthwatering. Makes me want to go back there right now for more. Aaron made it very clear that if anything was not up to expectation he would fix it right away, but everything was perfect from the remarkable freshness of the Greek salad we started off with to the amazing homemade baklava we finished with. Aaron’s attentiveness and personal interaction with all of us was something totally unexpected and it feels like we have a new member of our family now. The staff was right there with friendly and fast service all evening as well. Thank you so much to Aaron and staff for making what we thought would be an ordinary small-restaurant dinner two nights ago such a special and memorable event!

In town for a job interview. Stumbled upon this place and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly. The manager, Aaron was wonderful. As far as the food: the 4 dip appetizer was amazing! I struggled to pic my favorite. The giant gyro was great. Greek salad was tasty. Aaron surprised me with the baklava cake and it was spectacular. Hands down one of the best baklava desserts I’ve ever had. If I lived in town I would absolutely be back. The price was reasonable, food delicious and staff were great! Highly recommend!

Fantastic bar and staff, they even have a low bar on one side that would make it accessible for wheelchairs. Restaurant food was touted as a new menu, but the blackened tuna ($16) was an eensy mouse sized portion that was a tad overcooked. Not awful, not great. The chopped salad was generous and the burger was okay.

Giving 3 stars. First and foremost I love coming to this place as I am a girl who was born and raised in Hawaii and can never find the foods that I love from back home anywhere in Colorado. So, the next best thing is L&L. I’ve grown up eating here back when I was in Hawaii and this place just makes me feel at home any time I do visit. As of lately, I’ve been very upset and disappointed in the fact that any time I do try to call and place an order, the phone is CONSTANTLY on a busy tone.. It is to my understanding that there’s only 1 working phone in the building and being that this location is the busiest in Colorado, it surprises me the fact that there isn’t more than just 1 phone to take orders from within this business. Also, the employees taking the phone orders majority of the time sound very unprofessional and make customers feel rushed throughout the entire phone call. Now with understanding this is the busiest location and the fact that things can get a little backed up, it should still be in the best interest of the employees to remain professional within their position and at least ACT like they love being at their job. It gets extremely frustrating that the once out of the blue moon time I actually have the chance to come visit, THE PHONE IS CONSTANTLY ON THAT BUSY TONE. I strongly believe this is something that needs to be fixed within the company in order to ensure that you take care of ALL guests that are trying to give you business. Other than those minor mistakes, I absolutely will continue coming here but wanted to express my deep frustration with the lack of professionalism within the company regarding the phone calls and making customers feel rushed on the phone, or even when taking orders in person. It’s understandable that things happen, but it should not be a repetitive situation that customers have to deal with when coming to visit you folks! I’ve done my best to hold my tongue about the frustration but this is literally the umpteenth time this has happened to me and it never gets fixed!! Please do something about this L&L…

I have tried different Pho restaurants in CO and this one seems to be one of the best in my opinion. I always want to taste the soup slowly as there’s so much flavor within. It was good. A lot of food for not a lot of money. I got the medium bowl of noodles with steak which was good. One of my daughters got chicken and rice. The other shrimp and rice, I got a soda and my oldest got a boba for 30 dollars. I really loved the kids meal options coming with a salad. I loved the sides they gave for the noodles although they gave a lot and I feel like it’s a lot of waste. But it was good.

I love that they cook and chop the chicken breast right in front of you after you order. Somebody clearly put a lot of thought into this menu because it is very complex and very delicious! This is seriously healthy food done right! It’s a healthy dose of vegetables, grains and you can add chicken, bacon or steak to anything that you would like. You can also just build your own bowl or salad. Very excellent food at reasonable prices!

The food is really good! The grilled cheese salad is incredible. My coworker had it as a wrap and also really liked it. It’s definitely pricey which is not surprising for the whole Boulder, earthy, granola vibes they have going. However, I did order online and my order was missing the modifications I made and missing silverware and drink. I had to go in the exit to avoid people in line out the door. Another coworker ordered at a less busy time and had better luck I believe.

Okay, got a club sandwich. Sandwich was great, the fries, not so much. Cold and not much flavor. Another in our party got a burger with fries. He didn’t eat any. Cold too. When we pulled up my kids were actually in wonder like we are going inside?!? Waiter was good. Food was tasty and as always affordable. One of those spots that just become part of your routine. This particular chili’s is horrible. Whether eating inside or to go. Your order will be wrong… Food you do get will be cold and poor quality. Trying to get the message through to staff will be painstaking and in the end most likely will not correct anything. I called to explain once again my pickup order was wrong they offered a credit/gift card i would see in my email shortly. And hour and half later I have no credit but sure enough request asking how I enjoyed my visit. I will literally drive 2x a far next time I’m interested in chili’s to find a better managed location. I am vegetarian who ordered this salad with no chicken. I called after placing on line since app does not allow me to delete the chicken. They could not find the order so I called back 2 more times before someone confirmed seeing the order and would make sure it was prepared with no chicken. Once I arrived I checked in on line I was within the delivery window the app provided me. I proceeded to wait another 15 min then called inside. They once again could not find the order 10 minutes later they found it and brought it out. I got home to find hot food was cold and my salad was in edible for me.

He took our order at the door (even though the restaurant is closed due to Covid) and the food was super! We are both vegan which is why we sought it out in the first place and it did not disappoint. Amazing food!!! SO fresh! We couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful the meal was!!! Loved it!! I ordered the 2A (spicy meat) and my son ordered the #2 rare steak Pho. The workers were not rude however they were fooling around with each other. I got home I have only a cheese quesadilla, presentation sloppy, guacamole looks old, some type of white stuff on my pinto beans. On top of that I still left a tip to only receive bad food. Will not go here again. It’s really mind blowing that I was the only customer and you guys still messed up my order. Thanks for nothing.

Food is great but they charge you $1.50 to place a takeout order on the website. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous charge. You can’t eat inside. You need to carryout and they charge you $1.50 for that privilege? Doesn’t make sense to me. I will try calling next time and see if they still charge me that fee but I prefer ordering off their website and it shouldn’t cost anything extra to place a pickup order through the website. It really seems like some sort of mistake. Maybe you guys can look that over? Thanks

Food is good but get there a little early if you want to eat. I didn’t know they closed at 8, I arrived about 750. The cook told me they closed at 8, I told him it was 10 minutes til and he told me last call is 745 and to come back tomorrow. That’s not noted or posted anywhere that I saw, I’m guessing the cook was just ready to go home. Great way to make sure I don’t come back.

I was highly impressed with the restaurant. The place was clean, the workers were friendly and the food was outstanding. The meat was cooked to perfect and the steak was so tender. I highly suggest this diamond in the rough. I will definitely be frequenting here more often. Thank you guys for the great food and amazing service.

Food is good, promptly served and the service is good. Place is fairly busy, specially for pickup orders. If you’re dining in, plan in waiting a bit outside of the restaurant in the most busy hours as they have very limited seating (5 tables max) available because of COVID19 guidelines. Place looks clean and looks like they sanitize often.

Ordered chili cheese fries with steak, received them with only cheese, took it back to ask for chili i had to pay an additional $2.50 for chili the server INSISTED that’s how they come with just cheese like wth.. at that point I’m confused why their menu says chili cheese fries when it’s just cheese fries… so almost $15 for some asada fries 🥴 and the chili was bland I’ll DEF PASS on this and never come here again. Rip off

This place is excellent. The servers are professional and will not let your water run out. The food came very quickly and it was delicious. In fact, I got a second entrée because I was enjoying my Pho so much. I got the fried rice with beef and it was great. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

I remember enjoying Smashburger during previous visits to Colorado but this one was different. Coming in there was nobody at all in the front of house. Someone (presumably an off the clock staff member) went to the back and alerted staff we were here. An unenthusiastic individual came out and we paid almost $40 for two adults and one child. Shakes were mediocre, burgers were very salty, fries were not good. Bathroom was very dirty and tables were not cleaned. However, it gets two stars because the burger was flavorful. Salty, but flavorful. It’s not the restaurant I remember.

Pretty good! Dine in seating is available. They always have good food and service. Their soda machine wasn’t working today, but it generally is. Due to covid, they still are package the food in a container and put it in a paper bag with plastic spoons and napkins even if you are dining in.

Waited 30 minutes and dissatisfied with flavor and portions. I wanted extra cilantro for my meal and got 2 little leaves. And my meal comes with cabbage but only had 2 tiny pieces. Employees were respectful and location is clean.

I wanted to give a shout out to this location. There was an issue with my order (the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). Because I ordered through the app, the store sent me a satisfaction survey. It was just to them, no bad online review, just some feedback for them. I was honest and shared my experience. I heard first from Alex in an email who offered to make it right. I then heard from Maria via email who again wanted to made things right. Not every experience can be stellar- that’s a guarantee for all businesses. But they clearly care about their customers and that’s all you can really ask for. I truly appreciated that they put in the effort to reach out.

Okay so I really don’t like to review places but when I do it’s because it was either horrible or amazing and in this case LA Unica is delicious!!! I discovered them last year and have been going since! The gorditas are the best! So delicious! The real reason why I am leaving a review today is for their customer service. They always make sure you’re taken care of of. I placed an order online and it said their machine was down so I called and placed my order not an issue, however a few minutes later one of the owners or workers at the Unica called me and let me know machine was down to call in my order to ensure I didn’t arrive and was left empty ended! I was very impressed and felt special lol like who even takes the time to call their customers to let them know their order didn’t go through! Thank you guys! So proud and nice to see them expand to their own little restaurant. All of their food is delicious and customer service is above and beyond!! Definitely recommend to anyone!
