Spoke to a guy named Patrick who was very rude and answered all of my questions with snarky questions of his own. Cut me off several times while trying to go over project requirements, then to top it off he told me at the end to “save my money for something better.” I would never put these people in charge of a project after the treatment I received while simply inquiring about basic information.

Stonegate Gardens did a great job with my backyard. My biggest goal was to add a fire pit but I wanted it to be safe and easily managed. Leslie did a great job of finding an option that looked great and met all of my needs! Absolutely recommend

Leslie and the Stonegate Gardens staff did a great job putting in a buff flagstone patio in my tiny backyard. Leslie was responsive and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted, while also addressing drainage issues. She has a great eye and great intuition for what will look great in your space. Her staff were also excellent–they did great, quality work, at an affordable price. I’d highly recommend!

It was great. Mine was fair and knowledgeable. What was odd was that I was in a bind and eventually scheduled with another company. You guys just showed up at my house. It worked out but a bit unfair to the other company who scheduled with me. Pretty high on the quote to install 40’ liner. It seems odd to be told 7000 to dig a 3’ x 6’ hole to Install clean outs. Being I. the construction business myself, the equipment cost was a deal breaker.

Nation Rooter fixed our sewer line 2 years ago. We have been trying to contact them repeatedly and they will not return our calls. They said we needed to do a rooting every year. We are trying for 2 years now to have them do this service for us and they will not return our calls. Today we hired another company to do the service. This other plumbing company says they cannot do the rooting because the part was put in wrong. . What can we do if Rooter Nation will not return our calls?

I like working with these guys but they are definitely understaffed. The last few times I’ve called them, they have been completely booked up for over a week. They need to hire more staff if they can’t keep up with the workload. Though anytime that I have been able to use them, they have done a really good job

Every other and I mean every other Ferguson would take your order and pull it for you. However, this Ferguson will only pull an attitude on you. I went to the counter to place my order and the guy at the counter said it was all in the aisle. I said, “Oh, you guys don’t pull it for us?” He said, “No, not if it’s easy.” He then proceeds to walk me to the aisle as though I was a child and demonstrates to me how easy it is; “See? It’s easy.” No, what is easy is crossing this store off my list and taking my business elsewhere likely to George T. Sanders.

Fantastic! Had an amazing time at this museum. The Degas exhibit was beautiful. Definitely get the narrative as it is recorded in an interesting and engaging way. Stories of his life are told through the interaction of Degas and his niece. Besides the Degas exhibit there was the Stampede exhibit which explored animals in art. These peices were some of the most compelling and thought provoking art exhibits I have ever seen. Really unusual. Spent hours in this museum and came out truly impressed.

A remarkable experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The museum itself is well organized, structured both chronologically and thematically. The placards provide context and information about the works without influencing your perception of them, which is a fine line to balance. I felt refreshed, relaxed, and energized while reflecting upon the works. The gallery took me about an hour to go through, but one could easily sit with one work alone for an hour and learn so much. I feel so lucky to have such a unique museum in Denver! I highly recommend this experience.

Clifford Still believed that an artists work should be displayed together to best understand their development and progression. I think he would be happy with the way his work is presented! The first part of the museum follows his work chronologically as he transitions between a more traditional art style to abstract expressionism. Then the second half focuses on specific themes throughout his works. It was a cool blend of the two approaches that I really liked because it really helps you to understand the artist and his work. Also, beautiful museum and large collection (they have 95% of his works).

A truly fascinating experience! If you like period drama or history this is like stepping back in time. The recorded tour is informative and the resident historians are willing to answer questions and provide interesting details. The home’s extensive restoration work has been meticulously documented with restoration stories presented along with historical facts about the home and it’s several residents. I found the whole thing very informative and entertaining. Worth the price of admission!!

This was the second visit I have made to the Molly Brown house, the first time I went they had guided tours which was very interesting and I learned a lot about her and her life. This time I brought my father expecting to have the same experience but they don’t provide guided tours anymore. They do provide a web URL to a recording but it’s not the same and we ultimately didn’t use it after the first recording. I don’t feel we got the same value and definitely didn’t learn nearly as much. Really is a pity they’ve lessened the experience, probably wouldn’t bring anyone else

I had a personal sense of going to this museum because of my former position as a firefighter. I found the information and the terms of the Denver fire department used a little foreign to me. However the building that house the museum is a former fire station which has been converted into a museum. There are white firetrucks there? I’m still trying to get My Head Way, Chiefs have this deal of changing the colour of the fire trucks every time a new one is hired. If you’ve never been inside a fire station or have an idea what happens inside a fire station this is the place to go. It offers an insight into life as a fire fighter and the history of the department as far as what type of fires they’ve gone on with the living conditions were like and what type of apparatus they used. The $12 fee to get in is very reasonable and I would recommend it as a must see when you’re in Denver!

MCA has been one of my favorite destinations since first moving to Denver. I make it a point to see ever new exhibit. The attendants/docents are knowledgeable and friendly. The museum does a good job of contextualizing even the most experimental installations, making them fun, engaging, and relevant. I have seen visitors of all ages seeming to interact with and enjoy the art. Museum events, parties, teen art workshops, and the rooftop cafe and gift store make this a special museum. Highly recommend

Fun, rotating art exhibits, featuring modern but still relatable pieces. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, particularly if you are not the type who traditionally visits art museums as you will likely be pleasantly surprised. (The only warning I will give is the cafe upstairs is very strongly oriented around alcoholic drinks so I would not not advise coming expecting to get something to eat while there, but luckily the surrounding area is fully of tasty food trucks and cafes if you want to get a meal while out.)

This small museum is worth the very small admission fee. I enjoyed reading about the artwork and seeing some of the artifacts here. You can tell that this museum celebrates and appreciates Latin American culture and it’s people. I would like to see this place grow and offer more art in the main spaces. Even still, it’s a good 15-30 minute stop in Denver’s art district that offers a little insight on Latin American culture.

Cool little place to stop in Denver to take some fun pictures. Smaller than we expected, but still a good amount of scenes for photos. No one else was there when we went, so we were able to get all the pictures we wanted and were in and out in 15 minutes. $25 seems like a bit more than it’s worth, but we had fun!

I’m a new blogger and thought this would be a fun way to get out and get some content…and it was! Having realistic expectations is the key here though. This is less of a “museum” and more of an exhibit. When you think of it that way it’s great for what it is. I got loads of great shots, the associate at the front desk was welcoming and helpful and we only waited maybe a minute or two for one of the rooms to take photos in. (We we’re late for our time slot and were still allowed entry)

I think it would be good if you were into baseball. There is accessibility issues for sure, I would not recommend someone who is blind, wheelchair bound, or a very heavy person to come here. There is simply no room for a wheelchair, there are no audio guides for the blind and it would be difficult to navigate as a blind individual. There are also allot of smaller squeezes so if you are a very large individual you may feel cramped, claustrophobic, or simply have issues getting through parts of the museum. Overall I would say it’s a good option if you like baseball. But if you know nothing at all about baseball you probably won’t get anything out of it. Ideas: – make it a little bit more accessible – add a few more signs for people to read possibly explaining the history of baseball.

Any museum about money is sure to delight, and this is no exception. It’s small so you don’t need more than an hour. Most of the historic artifacts on display are (unsurprisingly) old banknotes and coins, some dating from the colonial years of the country. The rest of the exhibits describe the history of the Federal Reserve, provide interesting tidbits about the money supply and the economy, and promote financial literacy and independence. To get in, you need a state-issued ID or passport, and you go through an airport-style security check. Admission is free. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is no gift shop, but be sure to grab a free souvenir by the entrance, a small bag of shredded banknotes!

This is a BEAUTIFUL home with all the original items still within the house. It gives a very real view of how many of the aristocrat houses looked back then, as well as a few stories regarding the particular family that lived there. Tickets are only $8 and we’ll worth the cost imo.

We love the Aquarium! Really great exhibits with so much sea life! It’s just beautiful and a great experience for all. There is a Sting Ray petting pool and you can feed them in certain seasons. They also have great extra kid programs. Our daughter just did the “Abe a Zoologists for a Day” and had a great time! The restaurant is also great. Good food with generous portions at a good price. It is all ocean themed and decorated as if you were under the sea. One whole wall is an aquarium and there are divers swimming inside sometimes. We definitely recommend The Downtown Denver Aquarium. It’s pretty busy and tight on weekends but the weekdays are a better time to go if you don’t like crowds and lines. If you have kids be sure to check out their educational programs.

Good food and atmosphere. Our waiter was really nice. As for the aquarium itself, it’s a little short on features for the ticket price. Sad to say the Denver Zoo has a more impressive aquarium. That said, the freshwater exhibits are really cool and have local fish like trout. The environments are really nice. And aside from my very minor critique, I can’t badmouth a place that serves as a sanctuary for animals. I will ways visit this place when given the chance.

Great little aquarium with fun sea life, fresh water life and even a tiger to see! The cost was reflective of its small size, only $15 entry for 12 and over. But the tanks looked well kept and the animals happy. Easy to navigate and we even got to pet a stingray! Gift shop is super small and I wish there had been more selections there as I love to contribute to help out the animals. But, it’s well worth the visit to spend a couple hours looking at and learning about the fun creatures!

A lovely museum with beautiful exhibits. Truly delighted to see some amazing art and have my mother alongside with me this past Thursday, August 5th. We appreciated the variety of art and how someone could truly get lost for days if they are not careful! Affordable too! One of the best art museums in the state.

As a bridge engineer, I wanted to see the Millennium Bridge when visiting Denver. It’s super convenient to get to, being only about a block from Union Station, and being at one end of the 16th Street Mall. Compared to other cable stayed bridges, this structure’s span and over size isn’t overly impressive, but its architecture with the canted tower and splayed stay cables are pretty cool. It’s also nice and low, so it’s an easy climb up the stairs for visitors (also accessible by elevator). The views from the top of the deck is nice. Definitely recommended if you’re walking in the LoDo area! Good spot for pictures too.

It was a interesting museum. Its pretty small but has a lot packed inside. Self guided tour with a lot of glass cases with historical memorabilia inside and lot of stairs to see the second floor. Only takes about 15 minutes to see everything and some some neat things to buy to remember the visit.

Took my teenage daughter and her friends there for her birthday. They did the Sherlock Holmes room and had a great time. It was entertaining and they worked together to solve the murder mystery. The game master was friendly and helpful when they needed help. There were a few fun unexpected surprises! The did solve the mystery and made it out of the room with less than 2 minutes to spare. The house this is is a beautiful old house in the historic district. The props were fine. I was a little worried about taking them when I read the waiver before signing up, but it was totally fine and there ended up being nothing to worry about. We would do thIs again.

My boyfriend and I came here twice in two days!! That’s just how good it was. Tori especially went above and beyond to help us at every chance we needed and made both rooms we escaped so much fun. They were very professional through the entire process and gladly answered our questions about the historical significance and background of the rooms and the house as well. Tori also took pictures of us once we escaped. This is easily the best escape room place in Denver. It is family friendly, fun, and worth the cost. We will definitely be back. 10/10!!

The overall experience was terrible. We were there with my family to celebrate a birthday. It took over an hour for our food to show up. The waiter was a class act no complaint on him ( Michael ) . The issue was not him, it was the managers. We requested to cancel the order after the hour has gone by. Soon after our food showed up by the managers, they did not even apologize for the delay or nothing, they simply placed our steaks and left. Which were cold ! I was asked if either of the managers have spoken to me, I said no and not to bother. It does not appear that they cared. The only reason we stayed, when my wife wanted to leave so badly was for our server, I did not want to leave without giving him a good tip. They did offer us free deserts for the delay and the food was good ! The managers were a disappointment!.

We went for a quick lunch during our short stop in Denver. Highly recommended, we were surprised by the quality and the taste of the dishes. One specifically surprising dish is a chicken, we ordered it for our kids, but I have to say that it is probably the best chicken I ever had! My husband and I went out last night for the first time since March 2020. We wanted to celebrate making it through the pandemic and being vaccinated, but we were also nervous about going out after all of these months at home. We wanted something special to motivate ourselves to step out of the house. Mizuna more than came through for us. The food was inventive and delicious. The service was attentive, warm, and hospitable. I have quite a few allergies, and I always feel sheepish and self-conscious presenting my list of restrictions to a waiter. The entire staff was so very gracious about my allergies and really put me at ease. The chef prepared a wonderful dinner for me that was every bit as interesting and satisfying as my husband’s. We had a delightful evening, and today I am feeling great with no post-restaurant-food reactions. We definitely will keep Mizuna in mind for future special evenings. Thank you!

Delicious food and very gracious, attentive service. We went to Mizuna in a group of 6 and sat outside in the tent. We ordered the 3-course meal and we’re impressed by the quantity of food (they are very generous with bites before and after the main courses) and how well they handled our group’s dietary restrictions (combinations of gluten-free, pescatarian but no shellfish, allergies to onion, peppers, etc). It was long, slower meal, but definitely worth it so you can savor the flavors and make room for all the food. Definitely recommend and appreciate the Mizuna team’s hospitality!

Everything we tried was very tasty! The dishes looked as good as they tasted as well. You can really tell that they put their heart and soul into the food and the overall atmosphere. The coffee was also done right and tasted perfect! Definitely a must try if you are looking for something a little different.

So good. The setting, the service, the food. We were a table of 5 and ordered all the apps available except one to share. Each was fresh and flavorful. The tots are elevated and yet, still just amazing tots! Salads were balanced and dressed appropriately. The main dish was perfectly proportioned and perfectly cooked. Dessert was on par with everything else. I can not say enough good things about Table 6 and I am already looking towards going back. Highly recommended! So far, one of the best I’ve been to in Denver.

Amazing cuisine – the duck confit is always a go to with seasonal variations available. Korean BBQ was amazing. The intimate setting and open kitchen really feels like a chefs table dining experience. Wish they had a full bar, but I know they are trying to get the license so no fault of theirs! If you are their neighborhood consider signing their petition!

Can’t rave about this place enough! This is out favorite little date night spot in Denver! It’s quiet enough but still in a great location. The inside is nicely decorated and the outdoor seating is also great. The owner is incredibly kind and makes the dining experience unforgettable. He gave us free mini bottles of champagne when he found out were were there for a celebratory dinner. And not to mention, the food is delicious! Will definitely return.

Wow!! The food was amazing!!! I’m so picky with finding authentic, tasty food and I finally found my Italian restaurant!! Other than the food, I am beyond happy with their service, everyone is so kind but Cassandra was the main one who was helping us. There are not enough words to describe how sweet, generous, happy Cassandra is! I will return because of her! She is truly an angel! So happy I met you Cassandra! Thank you for such a great service!!❤️

This was one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve had in a while – I got the gnocchi and lobster mushrooms, and all tables get bread with oil and vinegar. It’s comparable to Italian restaurants – not only in terms of food, but also atmosphere. This location is a converted house, and there’s a lot of charm to it as a result – much of the seating is in side and back rooms, tho there’s outdoor seating for those interested. What really helps make this an above and beyond destination is the staff. They’re friendly and accommodating, and really help light up the restaurant!

Went here for brunch and was blown away! I am nervous that by writing this review more will learn of the secret gem that is Corinne brunch. Incredible value for money, cutest atmosphere, excellent service! Also they have guava mimosas! Will definitely be returning. Great brunch to go with the girls, or if you want to feel like you are on vacation, eating at a posh hotel.

Visiting from out of town, this place was right across our hotel and I can’t recommend this enough. Great selection of different types of foods. Our server Ben was phenomenal, knew the menu like the back of his eyelids and was very helpful with tips and gave great recommendations for touring the city!

I’m easily pleased eating out but the hamburger was too greasy, too salty and a little over cooked. Overall it had a good flavor other than the salt. Setting/Service: both good. Relaxing atmosphere. I would not eat here again especially considering how much I paid but I would consider drinks and socializing. Reservations: It seems that reservations would have been best but they accommodated us by sitting us at a low, very small table in the bar area. It worked out and was comfortable.

Went for my father’s birthday and let me just say, this had to be the most creative dishes I’ve had in a long time. The flavors and ingredients came together in the best ways possible. We had the five course “whatever the chef prepares tonight” tasting menu which began with a veggie dish, followed by pasta, then fish, then red meat, concluded with dessert. Just looking at the dish descriptions not all of them would have been my first choice but every single one was immaculate. Unfortunately I forgot to capture a pic of the dessert. Darn!

My family came into town and we always eat fancy…. so I had to take them here! It was my first time as well. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Waiters and waitress’s were on top of everything. The dessert was one of the best parts. But the heirloom tomato stole the show! Will be back soon!

The experience was great and the service was excellent. We were never rushed to make a decision, always had a full glass of water and didn’t have to wait long for our orders to come to the table. The food was fantastic and the server did a great job of explaining everything. I would highly recommend getting dessert as well.

Really good food, really good drinks. My wife and I usually have a lot of grace for slower service, especially at a fine dining place like Avelina, but that’s the only thing I couldn’t give 5 stars on. There was a stretch where we asked for a dessert menu and then didn’t see our waiter again for 10 minutes. The place wasn’t packed, but the wait staff was running all over the place all night. We felt for them, but still felt kind of missed as a table. The food was very tasty, and the ambiance is very pleasant. Absolutely would recommend this place, just be ready for a slower paced evening.

Everything was amazing about the experience. We ordered chefs choice and I have zero regrets. Food came out at a decent pace. The bison ribs were outstanding, in particular, and there was a white fish in a light curry (which isn’t on the menu I think) that was phenomenal. Service was excellent, drinks were fun and creative, and the restaurant is a nice, intimate setting. Will definitely go back.

No vegan or vegetarian entree options. Menu doesn’t label anything as gluten free or specify other allergens. No appetizers just expensive vegetable sides. Ordered the hard cheese charcuterie board and it was 3 small lumps of the same cheese for $8. Ordered the “bread board” and was charged $7- ($5 plus gluten free bread up-charge) for 2 pieces of burned toast. Ordered the bass for an entree and the presentation was completely unappetizing; just a whole charred dead fish on a plate. I gave it to my husband to eat. I liked the corn dish and my husband liked the biscuit. We also had a few cocktails and wine. The service & atmosphere was good. Overall very expensive dining experience (over $200) and I left hungry.

The service was amazing. I came for my sixteenth birthday and I ordered the virgin berry and bubbles and twin lobster tail. AMAZING!! Would totally recommend! The lobster mac n’ cheese as well as the baked potato were also amazing. The sorbet and chocolate peanut butter pie were probably the best thing my family and I ate. I would recommend eating here.

Amazing place! If you like mix drinks they look very good, place is slightly on the expensive side but I would air to say that the food was worth it! I went on a Tuesday and the dish of the week was a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had! Juicy, spicy, perfectly balanced with coleslaw and house made pickles, tasted nothing like Nashville hot should. Still amazing though! Definitely would recommend.

Consistency, authenticity, quality, relaxed atmosphere – you’ll be hard pressed to find a better Italian restaurant anywhere in Colorado. For something a bit more unique, try visiting here for Sunday brunch. Eat to live… It’s a year later. Food quality is still very good. Service quality – who’s in charge here? Iced tea not refilled, dirty glasses on the table, server doesn’t repeat back order and gets it wrong, secondary services (water, clearing, etc.) would rather socialize with one another than do their jobs. Very disappointing. It’s a year later. And I can’t get seated at the time of my reservation. Google maps says the restaurant closes at 9pm. I had an 8:30 and I’m waiting in the lobby of the adjacent hotel. Covid-19 has changed things, and apparently not for the better, sad to say.

Earlier this evening, a dear friend and I celebrated a benchmark birthday, and the entire dining experience was exceptional. The interior ambience was entertaining in itself, but the food? Perfectly prepared, perfectly timed, and absolutely delicious: bison prime rib, presidential soup, crisp Caesar salad, and homemade apple pie… Oh my! WAY beyond my expectations! Pricey, yes, but worth it! The “special sauce” for the entire evening was the extraordinary service offered by our waiter, Jake. Be sure to ask for him by name; you won’t regret it. Thank you, Buckhorn Exchange!

Listen for the specials and choose something you’ve never tried. You won’t be disappointed!

Despite being a little pricey for a breakfast place, the skillets and omelettes were very flavorful. They also had great coffee and chai lattes. The bakery is something you must try! The samples German chocolate cake is where it’s at. Cute outdoor seating and cute cafe style inside seating.

This is a great spot for lunch or dinner! Great location, just across the street from Union Station. We went here before heading to a Rockies game. It’s close enough to the stadium to be convenient, and far enough away to avoid the crowds before and after games. They were able to seat out party of 8 without a reservation on a weekend, which is a big plus! Service was very pleasant and laid back. They have a hip, modern menu with a lot of options for a variety of palates. Everyone at our table loved what they got. I really loved the birria tacos. They also had a nice list of craft beers and homemade cocktails. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. We ate indoors due to the heat, and it is well appointed with a casual decor and a full bar. I would definitely go back next time we visit Denver.

Heading to the airport I stopped by here for a quick bite to eat and a drink. Cory took care of me and now I must say this is my favorite place in the area. It’s clean, nice inside, the people are friendly. Cory was quick with the drinks even though there was a full bar, he recommended the spicy sliders and damn they hit the spot. Next time there’s a Rockies game this is the spot I’m coming to before or after the game! Thanks again Cory, this is a hidden gem.

It is called American cuisine, but I think it is truly “American” cuisine with many different country elements. In my opinion, the chef at this restaurant also understands the diversity of Japanese cuisine and has created a very creative menu. I found the food to be very impressive and delicious. The dishes are all beautiful and elegantly seasoned without being overdone, but at the same time, they have been perfected through challenge and trial and error. I highly recommend a visit. The service is also very friendly, so I’m sure you’ll enjoy your meal!

A lot of reviews said the portions were small, we don’t agree. Fine dining is many small sized courses. Our server, Kyle, was great and the food delicious. Only negative review would be: muscles & scallops, although cook perfectly, needed to be washed better. Definitely had small amounts of sand in each dish.

This is going on the top ten for Denver! We did a last-minute date night on a Friday night and they were able to not only get us on the patio but we had amazing service all the way around. They were incredibly busy yet every employee still took the time to make sure we were taken care of, shout out to the host he went above and beyond! I haven’t even gotten to how delicious and thoughtful every drink and dish was that we had. Each ingredient was so unique, blended together perfectly on your pallet. Best Wagyu steak I’ve had in a while and it was affordable. Pleasant Ambience and good music! We are incredibly impressed and can’t wait to go back. Great for romantic date night!

I went to for their Happy Hour, got their Soup Dumplings(taste like French onion soup, so good! My favorite. 4 came in an order), the pork belly boa buns(the pork was so tender. They bring you the bun, pork, cabbage separately and kind of assemble it yourself. 2 came in an order), and the Kaya Toast(sweet, but not very sweet. Kind creamy, second favorite). I also got the Citrus Blossom cocktail which was good, but I thought too sweet. Great service.
